Please note that because our blinds are bespoke and manufactured to your specific measurements, returns are generally only accepted for items that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects.

Upon delivery, please carefully inspect your blinds for any transit damage or manufacturing errors and report any issues within 7 days.

Reach out to our customer service team with your order number and clear photographs of the defect or damage to initiate a claim.

Once your claim is validated, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for the return shipment.
